A PLEA & A REMINDER FROM THE NORTH SHORE ART MARKET

If YOU don’t support the arts, who will?  We all want to preserve the art events that make Covington and the North Shore unique, so remember to support the artists who bring character and culture to our region with not only your presence, but your purchases. 

Artists can not afford to keep coming back to exhibit their work if no one sustains them with purchases.  By taking home a piece of art, you are not only making an investment which will continue to delight and inspire you for years to come, but you are investing in the arts community as a whole at a time when it desperately needs you.

You can own a piece of original art from the market for as little as $25, and no percentage is paid to an intermediary so the artists take home every penny! 

PLEASE remember that artists can not continue to work for free.  Let’s all make sure that St. Tammany Parish is not home to a starving arts community, but one that is thriving and growing with the full support of ALL of us!
